A Happy New Year to all my customers and to the thousands who have visited the Kernow Classics website since it went live on the internet last year.  It has certainly been a hectic few months and all thoughts of leading my usual Cornish summer existence (ferrying my cricketing / surf-dude teenage son to matches and the beach, getting my stage-struck daughter to drama classes, and trying to dodge the 'emmets' or tourists) went out of the window at an early stage.  Instead, I found myself spending many hours answering emails and phone calls, despatching records, cataloguing recent purchases and listening attentively to new items chosen to form future catalogues.  I haven't been idle either with the consultancy arm of Kernow Classics:  since June over twenty five sleeve notes have been written ranging from opera recordings, vocal recitals, much Russian music to Tom Lehrer, Billie Holiday and Dylan Thomas.  There's always room for more commissions so if you want a musical job done, you know where to find me!

Remember only about one fifth of the LPs I currently have in stock have yet found their way onto my monthly catalogues - you know you only have to phone or email me with an enquiry to know promptly whether this or that LP is available. Indeed many sales have been 'off catalogue'!
